Salary Increase 
Forecast 2026

Our current survey provides autumn forecasts for base salary increases for 2026. The data were collected in October and November 2025. 

A total of 236 companies from the Czech Republic market participated in the survey. 

Here are some highlights:

  • As expected, wage growth for next year continues to slow down 

  • At the median, we are reaching the 4,0% level, and some sectors are even below 4%.
