Tereza is a graduate of the accredited Compensation Management course at the Faculty of Business Administration of the Prague University of Economics and Business (VŠE), where she developed a strong interest in compensation and decided to pursue the field further at BDA. Today, she works as a consultant and analyst, which allows her to combine direct cooperation with clients and coordination of compensation projects with analytical work. Her main areas of focus include analyses of compensation and benefits systems and practices, preparation of client outputs, and the creation of job catalogues.
