BDA Spot Survey
Salary Increase
Actuals 2025

Czech Republic

Our annual survey provides insights into current base salary increases in the Czech Republic in 2025. The findings confirm the forecasts from autumn 2024, which already indicated a slowdown in salary growth compared to the previous year. The results show a continuing trend – in some sectors, actual increases are lower than originally predicted.

The data were collected in May and June 2025, with participation from 212 companies operating in the Czech Republic.

Here are some highlights:

  • Companies remain conservative in their approach to salary increases – the overall market movement aligns with the autumn forecast, but the median value is lower.
  • The slowdown in salary growth is most visible in the manufacturing sector.
  • More than half of companies still do not take employee performance into account when increasing salaries.
