Salary Increase 
Forecast 2025

Our regular autumn salary increase survey shows the forecasted base salary increases for the coming year 2025. The data were collected in October 2024, therefore the last budget adjustments for 2025 were still captured.

A total of 210 companies from the Czech Republic market participated in the survey.

Here are some highlights:

  • as expected, headline numbers show slowing growth for next year

  • on average we are below the 5.0% level, and some sectors are even closer to the 4% level
