Salary Increase
Forecast 2022

Our annual salary increase survey shows the autumn latest forecasted base salary increases for the coming year 2022. The data were collected in October and November 2021, so the last budget adjustments for 2022 affected by rising inflation were still captured.

A total of 154 companies from the Czech Republic market participated in the survey.

Here are some highlights:

  • companies are planning to increase their salary budget by about 1/3  
  • trend of the highest salary increase for Shop Floor Positions is confirmed: 4.7% (median)
  • percentage of companies that do not plan to increase salaries decreases dramatically (from 18% in May 2021 to only 5% forecasted for spring 2022)
