Our latest salary increase survey reports on the actual base salary increases in the Czech Republic in 2022. Survey results confirm our assumption that companies are trying to respond to the economic situation and if they could afford it they topped up their increase budgets.
Data collected in May/June 2022. A total of 211 companies from the Czech market participated in the survey. An industry detail is available as well as information on the prevalent increase methods and increase months.
Here are some highlights:

additional top-up of increase budgets by 1pp compared to autumn forecast

average salary increase of 5.6%, however huge differences to be seen among the companies

large number of companies are plannig to increase salaries more than once in 2022
