Our latest salary increase survey reports on the actual base salary increases in the Czech Republic in 2021. The survey results confirm that companies are slowing down the speed of increases compared to the 2020 autumn forecasts.
Data collected in May/June 2021. A total of 163 companies from the Czech market participated in the survey. An industry detail is available as well as information on the prevalent increase methods and increase months.
Here are some highlights:
- Increased number of companies who finally decided not to increase in 2021 compared to the autumn forecast
- For those increasing, the final number is mostly reduced
- However, the sector insight is important as not all industries show similar trends
