Our salary increase survey reported on the actual base salary increases in the Czech Republic in 2018. An industry detail is available as well as information on the prevalent increase methods and increase months.
Data collected in May 2018. A total of 156 companies from the Czech market participated in the survey. (Survey available only in the Czech language.)
Here are some highlights:
- 31 % of companies reported more than one salary increase during 2018
- 24 % of companies reported a flat base salary increase
- production sector was increasing by one percentage point more than other sectors
