After ten years of working in finance Stanislav moved to compensation and benefits to perform analyses and design of new compensation schemes. He has developed his expertise in the sales incentive plans area as well as in performance management. Stanislav also co-ordinates BDA spot surveys initiative.

Stanislav has become an expert on incentive schemes both for sales functions and shop floor positions in manufacturing. He helps our clients in the design of variable pay models and performance management processes. Since 2015 he is also in charge of the BDA spot surveys, mainly for the annual salary increases topic.
