The Academic Field

With an utmost urgency we feel the need to propagate compensation at university level where it has not established itself yet in the HR management curriculums. Therefore we started co-operation with two leading universities in the Czech Republic. The lectures we give are aimed at both internal graduate students and associate companies co-operating with the universities.

University of Economics (Prague)

  • Commercial lectures in Comp&Ben at the Faculty of Business Administration
  • Preparation of the Comp&Ben module for implementation in the MBA programme

Tomas Bata University (Zlín)

  • Lectures in Comp&Ben at the Faculty of Management and Economics

Commercial Trainings

We give trainings in the compensation and benefits area for individuals (mostly HR managers and specialists) and for groups of 12-15 participants (line management). We divide our commercial trainings into two focus areas:

Managerial - for line management

Managerial type of education would be differentiated in scope and detail by the population:

Top Management (Directors)
B1 level / Middle management
Line Management and Supervisors

Expert - for HR professionals and others

Expert trainings include different complexity levels depending on the focus population and utilization of the knowledge gained

HR Directors / Managers
HR Generalists (Front Office)
Comp&Ben Specialists

The training´s length and specialization will vary according to target group and your specific needs. We can build a tailor made training based on what is your current topic in comp&ben or whichever area you would like to point out. With our help you can create your final mix from the following topics:

  • Strategic compensation, guiding principles
