More and more companies nowadays realize that one of their biggest costs are the paycosts and ask themselves whether they included this area in the basic management skills trainings of their staff. Our education is based on theoretical foundations set by the world authorities in the field but above all we focus on the practice. Course participants will get a real picture of how the principles work in real businesses so that they can use them afterwards more effectively.
The Academic Field
With an utmost urgency we feel the need to propagate compensation at university level where it has not established itself yet in the HR management curriculums. Therefore we started co-operation with two leading universities in the Czech Republic. The lectures we give are aimed at both internal graduate students and associate companies co-operating with the universities.
